Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter (you can use as little as 1/2 cup, but we like a thicker bottom crust), melted
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (or twice as much as the butter)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1-1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1-1/2 cups peanut butter, white chocolate or butterscotch chips
- 2 cups flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts (we like walnuts or pecans best)
Directions:
- Preheat over to 325 degrees
- In small bowl (or kitchenaid mixer) combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs, mix well. Press crumb mixture firmly on bottom of 13x9 inch baking pan.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumbs. You should be able to cover the whole pan.
- Layer evenly with remaining ingredients, press toppings firmly into milk with a fork.
- Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool before cutting. Store covered at room temperature.
Enjoy!
